Woven Chocolate with Uji Matcha

Uji matcha meets bitter and white chocolate in Sasha's delicate lattice, for a crisp snap and a rich, melting matcha finish.

Sasha is built from very fine chocolate lines, about 1.5mm thick, layered over and over - roughly 1,350 strands in all - into a piece that looks like delicate woven cloth. The name comes from the Japanese word for thin, translucent fabric. Each piece shatters with a crisp snap, then melts away.

Ingredients: Sugar (made in Japan), cocoa mass, lactose, whole milk powder, vegetable fat, cocoa butter, matcha, roasted sugar / emulsifier (from soybean), flavoring, coloring (safflower yellow, gardenia).

Contains: milk, soy. Produced on equipment shared with products containing egg and wheat.
